How does Wahoo State Bank protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. We also maintain other physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information, and we limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.
How does Wahoo State Bank collect my personal information? Why can't I limit all sharing? Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Wahoo State Bank does not share with affiliates.
Non-affiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Wahoo State Bank does not share with non-affiliates.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Wahoo State Bank does not jointly market.

Other Important Information
In accordance with Nebraska law, Wahoo State Bank will not share information we collect about Nebraska residents with companies outside of Wahoo State Bank, except as permitted by law, such as legal processes or as required to service your account. We will limit sharing within our company to the extent required by applicable Nebraska law.
